45-minute all-levels flow focused on finding balance and recalibrating after a busy (summer) holiday week. This practice is short and sweet on purpose, as we all try our best to settle back into a full week after a long weekend of play! It includes a lot of grounding and recalibrating techniques to support our nervous system, physical body, energetic field and emotional space. Have a mat, 2 blocks, blanket, strap and wall nearby.
