Fit & Flow: September Transitions

60 minute, all-levels class that includes 30 minutes of guided circuit/fitness with personal trainer Katie Hunt and 30 minutes of flowing yoga led by yoga therapist Biz Casmer. This class focuses on strength & stretch to help you re-establish a routine this fall/post summer and feel good heading into a new season. Have a mat, light hand-weights, 2 yoga blocks, a blanket and a strap nearby.
