60 minute, all-levels class that includes 30 minutes of guided circuit/fitness with personal trainer Katie Hunt and 30 minutes of flowing yoga led by yoga therapist Biz Casmer. This months theme is slowing down and transitioning into fall gracefully! Lots of grounding & cooling techniques in both the fitness & the flow! Have tennis shoes, hand-weights, a mat, 2 blocks, a strap and a blanket nearby.
