Fit & Flow: May Upper Back Support

60 minute All-levels class that includes 30 minutes of guided circuit/fitness with personal trainer Katie Hunt and 30 minutes of flowing yoga led by yoga therapist Biz Casmer. This month has an extra focus on upper back strength & flexibility. Have a mat, exercise shoes, weights, a yoga strap, 2 blocks and a blanket nearby (if possible!).
