Fit & Flow: March Foot & Ankle Health

60 minute All-levels class that includes 30 minutes of guided circuit/fitness with personal trainer Katie Hunt and 30 minutes of flowing yoga led by yoga therapist Biz Casmer. This months focus is on the health of our feet and ankles. Enjoy some extra foot-work, balance and alignment of feet on some basic but very important poses. Have a mat, athletic shoes, medium and heavy weights, 2 blocks, blanket and yoga strap/towel nearby.
