60-minute All-levels class that includes 30 minutes of guided circuit/fitness with personal trainer Katie Hunt and 30 minutes of flowing yoga led by yoga therapist Biz Casmer. Summer month class themes support all things summer! Walking, hiking, running, biking, gardening, swimming, kayaking, tennis, golf, concert or festival adventures & travel (to name a few!)! Have your shoes, a mat, some hand-weights, 2 yoga blocks, a blanket and a strap nearby.
