60 minute All-levels class that includes 30 minutes of guided circuit/fitness with personal trainer Katie Hunt and 30 minutes of flowing yoga led by yoga therapist Biz Casmer. This months focus is on the health of our low back. Enjoy some dynamic movements to open all the muscles around the low back and some extra core work/stability as well. Have a mat, athletic shoes, medium and heavy weights, 2 blocks, blanket and yoga strap/towel nearby.
