
This seasonal 90-minute workshop will include a brief introduction to Ayurveda and the associated season/dosha(s). Each individual will have the opportunity to take a dosha quiz in advance of the workshop (both Prakruti (constitution) & Vikruti (current imbalance)) so they can attend with an understanding of their current imbalances. After our brief lecture, students can enjoy a mindful yoga practice (asana, breath, mudra), as well as some variety of meditation that supports the current season and its elements. Meditation techniques may include yoga nidra, guided imagery, loving-kindness, mudra & visualization, breath-work or good old- fashioned stillness.
